New Beginnings for Fall

I find that whenever my routine resets it’s a chance to create habits for success, so that’s my focus for September. My most successful attempt at this was starting a new Pilates routine at a new job back in 2013. I started going weekly on Thursdays after work and kept it up for 5 years. This time around I’m hoping for a small piece of that success and that this routine lasts long enough for me to get settled and create some new good habits.

No TV Tuesdays

Since we’ve been at home for over a month now our entire routine has shifted. There are parts of it I’m enjoying, like not having to rush out of the house in the morning and family dinners, but entertaining a toddler is tiring and trying even when it’s fun. And we won’t even talk about how clean (or not) my house is these days. We've shifted our media consumption as well.
